However, we can provide a general idea: our pricing typically starts at $250 per square foot and can exceed $400 per square foot, depending on the scope and complexity of the project. Our Preconstruction services, which are an essential part of ensuring a smooth build, generally range between 1-2% of the total project cost. Every project we take on is fully customized to meet your unique needs. The value we deliver goes beyond the finished home. You'll gain valuable insights into the building process, receive dedicated attention from our team, and enjoy an exceptional customer experience from start to finish."
