Our Pricing
"We understand that construction costs can vary significantly, which is why we don't offer free estimates. However, we can provide a general idea: our pricing typically starts at $250 per square foot and can exceed $400 per square foot, depending on the scope and complexity of the project. Our Preconstruction services, which are an essential part of ensuring a smooth build, generally range between 1-2% of the total project cost. Every project we take on is fully customized to meet your unique needs. The value we deliver goes beyond the finished home. You'll gain valuable insights into the building process, receive dedicated attention from our team, and enjoy an exceptional customer experience from start to finish."

Over the next few weeks, we will work closely together, visiting our preferred vendor showrooms and making informed choices every step of the way. By the end of pre-construction, you will have a clear vision of your project, supported by comprehensive documentation. With all decisions made, construction begins. Now, you can relax and watch your project come to life. We keep you in the loop with weekly updates, daily logs, and site visits, ensuring you are always informed without the stress of last-minute decisions. Do you need assistance with the miscellaneous tasks around your home? Loose doorknobs, running toilets, and touch-up painting are just a few of the things we can handle for you. Our service includes a walk-through of your home to address any issues you have and to identify any we notice. We'll set up a quarterly schedule to revisit every three months and reassess your needs. Once you're on a plan, you can reach out to us for any home maintenance needs – we aim to be your go-to call.
